Many of the challenges faced by our clients are common in principal to all businesses. Sometimes data is scattered about and they need to corral it into one central location; sometimes the data is sitting right under their noses but they need a way to retrieve it; sometimes they need a way to disperse information to their correspondents; and sometimes they need to gather data from their correspondents. Below are in-depth reviews of some of our past projects and how we were able to help our clients.

Meet Market
With this utility, our client desired to allow visitors to their public Web the ability to submit personal data and a photo. Once submitted, the internal staff needed the ability to review each submission and edit content if necessary before releasing the data back to the public Web for visitors to browse.
Local News
Our client needed to enable staff reporters to publish local news stories on the public Web. These reporters had little or no HTML development experience or the desire to gain it. Our application allows them to write stories and release them to the editor who has a special utility to organize the headlines/stories on the public Web.
MindUniversity.com
A group of teachers identified the need for all educators to integrate the Web into their learning tools and an Internet start-up was born. The challenge was to provide a non-tech-saavy community the ability to publish personal Web sites containing content specific to the individual's needs. We created a tool that allows authenticated users to create, edit, and delete Web documents and anonymous users to browse those documents.
Data Wrangler
A data vendor only allows access via their Web site. If a user needs one or two items, or even a dozen, retrieval is fairly simple and efficient. Our client needs nearly 4000 items each month. The gathering process takes over 100 hours twelve times a year - nearly one full-time staff member. We built a utility to automate the data collection and now it takes them only a few seconds.
The Federation
This organization frequently communicates news and political alerts to their rotating member-base and affiliates. The realized it was inefficient and costly to maintain paper lists of recipients and manually disperse faxes and letters each time the need arose. We molded their public Web site into a communications tool. By providing the ability to maintain recipient lists online, publish bulletins and news items to their site, and electronically disperse these items from their site, we were able to make their Web site work for them so they can work for their members.
VMS Companion
After several years in the making, our client finally had their data moved from the mainframe to a SQL server and their pre-packaged application was installed and humming along nicely. It was only then that they discovered a wealth of information was at their finger tips, but they had no way to massage it to get the answers they needed. We provided a reporting utility that allows easily creating reports and puts several lookup tools only a click away.
